Enjoy an evening in the historic barn at
East Fork Ranch in Gardnerville, Nevada on Thursday, March 29th from 6pm to 9pm.
Sommelier, Jill Dimock, will be sampling Willamette Valley 2016 Pinot Gris and 2016 Whole Cluster Pinot Noir as well as a Tualatin Estate 2016 Semi-sparkling Muscat Frizzante. You will receive a tasting of each wine and a full pour of your favorite. Additional glasses and bottles are available for purchase.
Sierra Chef starts the evening with Antipasto Skewers and fresh Parmesan Twists with Spicy Marinara.
Bella Vita Bistro will serve up a traditional family style dinner of Sliced Bread served with Garlic Parmesan Herb Butter, Burrata Salad served with tomatoes & basil, Manicotti (Sausage, Ricotta & Spinach), Aglio Olio (Cappelinni tossed with Garlicky Italian Shrimp), Parmesan & Fresh Asparagus Risotto, Chicken Picatta with crispy capers.
We finish up the evening with fresh Cannoli from Sierra Chef. These traditional Cannoli are stuffed with a Sicilian ricotta vanilla bean cream studded with Meyer Lemon shavings and dipped in pistachio and dark chocolate shavings. Fresh coffee and a little splash of Anisette, if you are so inclined.
